It's only for select hotels on the landing page (once it alive). Not for every hotels. It's good deal if your desired location is on the list. Expedia is not for business travelers. You are not going to get the itemized receipt for business reimbursement from the hotel. And Expedia does not produce that kind of receipt either. //@Anonymous: Most rebates are 10% and most are no cancels. Not worth it.
