If you don't want to read my comments below, the conclusion is DON'T BUY THESE APPLE GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET.
They had the same deal in June, and I bought eight $100 gift cards so that I can get an iPhone at the Apple store. When I tried to redeem them, they cards were compromised. The code inside the sleeve was partially scratched off and not match the serial number printed on the outside of the sleeve. I contacted Target store and the manager said there is nothing she can do about it. She just gave me a customer relations number which turns out to be a joke too. You go through the automated system and they hang you up at the end. Fortunately, I charged all my gift cards with a credit card and I am going through my credit card company to dispute these charges. It is very unfortunate that they know they have a problem with these gift cards and they are still selling them.

If you buy on line, you are limited to buying only one $100 gift card to be eligible for the $10 Target gift card since they track your email address. If you buy it in store in multiple transactions, you can get one $10 Target gift card for every $100 Apple gift card you purchase. //@Anonymous: Why don’t you buy online //@anonymous: If you don't want to read my comments below, the conclusion is DON'T BUY THESE APPLE GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET.
