Bought exact same config for $550, crashing, sent it back to HP repair for two months. HP will give u a refurbished one or refund $ in giftcard. Chose refund giftcard.

Same problem here. Purchased it during BF, it kept crashing so sent it to HP for repair. After many calls which no one at HP seems to know status of the repair and 4 months later I demanded a full refund. What a piece of junk.

I got this laptop with 1TB HD, want to replace with SSD. but I tried many ways to install Windows, but the windows cannot find SSD, try to get help from HP, but the only option is the send the laptop back. so returned at end.

bought this during black friday, the laptop looks and feels like plastic. windows 10 frozen occasionally.
I'm going to wipe out windows 10 and install linux later.

I wiped the OS and freshen installed Win10 few times. Still freezes, it’s an hardware issue. Sent it to HP, and it said waiting for replacement motherboard at least two months.... //@Anonymous: bought this during black friday, the laptop looks and feels like plastic. windows 10 frozen occasionally.
