Hate these kind of laptop, with track pad on the left half instead of being in the center, while most people are right-handed. stupid design. Ever used a HP elite book before, also with track pad on the left, absolutely hate it.

isn't it centered to the keyboard keyboard, not the number pad... why would you want it centered to the number pad? //@anonymous: Hate these kind of laptop, with track pad on the left half instead of being in the center, while most people are right-handed. stupid design. For apparent reason. I sit center to the screen. I want the track pad to be in the center, or even better, on the right side, because I am right handed. on the left side , I have to long reach, shoulder not comfortable, not ergonomic at all. I don't use number pad at all, doubt is there anybody use the number pad in a laptop. //@anonymous: isn't it centered to the keyboard keyboard, not the number pad... why would you want it centered to the number pad? //@anonymous: Hate these kind of laptop, with track pad on the left half instead of being in the center, while most people are right-handed. stupid design. Totally agreed. When I use the laptop, I would center myself to the screen. So placing the trackpad to the left only make sense for the lefties.

if the track pad is at the center of the laptop, then where would you rest your palm while typing. Think ergonomics!
YOur right palm would rest on the track pad and would constantly hinder the cursor. //@Anonymous: Hate these kind of laptop, with track pad on the left half instead of being in the center, while most people are right-handed. stupid design. Who cares about the placement of the trackpad. It's a great price for a laptop that has 16GB and 256GB SSD. No other manufacturer will even come close unless it's from the back of a truck.

Agree with earlier comments. Have had the 14-inch i5 version of the laptop, which are reasonably put together. The screen is not bright. You can't ask for everything with $350.
