They learned it from apple but they are no apple. After my terrible experience with my surface 3 (screen designed to crack), I returned my surface pro 6 and kept my iPad 11. I would have kept it, had it been 800dollars for 256gb.

While the keyboard is indeed excellent, the pen is not comparable to Apple Pencil in terms of comfort and closeness to real writing — a shortcoming exacerbated even further by the lack of good apps in comparison to the strong app support in Apple (noteshelf, MarginNote, liquidtext to name just a few).

I have absolutely zero problem with my Surface Book 2 (8GB, 256GB SSD) that I bought 2 years ago; it works like a champ and eerily silent. I love the pen too! Surface pro is a notebook with real windows operation system. It is not a toy for children or just a time-killer tool.
