In order to get the Estee lauder package, I bought something else which I do not really need. Then Belk cancelled my Estee lauder package, and shipped the other thing to me. Nice trick.

Do not believe this company. They will cancel your gift part, and then ship the full price part to you. They are totally liars!!! And the customer service is really bad. I bought the estee lauder blcokbuster on black Friday. They cancelled my gift part and sent the full price part to me. Don't buy it!!!

They didn't allow you to cancel the order even just placed about an hour ago and you need to pay the shipping if you want to return. I bought beauty which should come with free gift but they send me fewer gift than the gift picture showed on the receipt.
