To those who just rant about Chromebooks. Chromebooks bring people closer to storing everything in the cloud. It's almost like a dummy terminal to a mainframe. The MediaTek processor has an advantage over the Celeron/Core iX platform as battery life is extended and is ARM-based (of course it's not an Apple M-chip). Keep scoffing at these 'for-kids' laptop and one day you'll soon join them.
