we've had ours for over 4 years now and it's awesome, used every day. However you do have to decalcify every few weeks. I recommend using citric acid. If you're in doubt and want easy replacing I'd recommend bed bath and beyond and using 20% off coupon. You can always take it back if you have issues, just save receipt

Kettle lasts forever except the temperature writing on each button... You don't need to decalcify if you're using filtered water. It's Crystal clear at the bottom for over 6 years. //@anonymous: we've had ours for over 4 years now and it's awesome, used every day. However you do have to decalcify every few weeks. 60 bucks is cheap...to bring you back to in time to your childhood. Good deal. Yes you have emulators, but it's nothing like holding an authentic NES controller. //@Anonymous: This should only be worth 30 bucks.

These are easily modded to add the complete Nintendo library. Look on YouTube for the guide, it took me less than 10 minutes to add 800 games.

Does the controller work well? I can get a $15 set of 2 controllers that look like that but just don't work well.

I think they work good. I bought the $9.99 Nintendo controller for the second player at Target and 2 10 foot cord extensions from Amazon for about another $10 //@Anonymous: Does the controller work well? I can get a $15 set of 2 controllers that look like that but just don't work well.
