Can it automatically import stock transactions? Thanks!

Can it import a Turbotax file? That wall I won’t have to re-enter everything that I have used year over year.

more forms and no gimmicks. Remember how TT removed schedule D from Deluxe version in the past. 2023 i said let's try TT after i stopped it due to removal of schedule D. TT won't efile f8938 due to reporting entry for 3502. Back and forth with TT support with no viable solution.

i would not be surprised if they pull the plug on importing data like they did schedule D move to more expansive version. //@Anonymous: Can it automatically import stock transactions? Thanks!

Yes, after your brokerage (I use Merrill Lynch) has made your 1099s available online, you can find a setting to allow 3rd party access. Do that in your brokerage account. Then, in H&R Block, in the section on capital gains, you have an option to enter transactions or import them. You have to pick import, then find your brokerage in their dropdown menu, then provide your UN and PW. You can change your PW for the 5 minutes that this takes, then change it back if you want. It then imports sales, dividends, everything on the 1099s, including basis, dates, and if necessary wash-sale basis (ask me how I know...). :) I've been using it for about 5 years now, it's clunky but it gets the job done. The only problem I had was in 2023 when I bought an EV, and they didn't have the form that allows you to claim that credit until March. I think that's all working now though. //@Anonymous: Can it automatically import stock transactions? Thanks!

Looks like a great deal for brand new galaxy watch 8 classic. Why is it so cheap? What does international version mean?
