Its mini PC, how good can that be??
most likely
only have Intel Graphic Card = you can't play much game, no call of duty, League of Legends...etc
i5-8265U Processor (1.60 GHz, up to 3.90 GHz with Turbo Boost, 4 Cores, 8 Threads, 6 MB Cache) --- mini PC boost up to 3.9 GHz, you will have over heat issue, when over heat stuff won't last....

if you use it to watch movie, day to day Microsoft office, its fine. but not much after that....etc

It is good for saving electricity for people who do not game. I have the Lenovo tiny using 35w cpu and 45w graphics card. It is alot energy friendly than using 65w cpu with 200w graphics card. //@anonymous: Its mini PC, how good can that be??

Why? //@Anonymous: 8th gen processor, not good //@Anonymous: good?

To my eyes this is a good deal. 8265U usually is used in high-end notebooks. I had company issued laptop using 7250U+8GB and it is pulling my workloads (web browse and usual office softwares) very well for close to 4 years. It actually still works pretty fine when I returned it. //@Anonymous: It is good for saving electricity for people who do not game. I have the Lenovo tiny using 35w cpu and 45w graphics card. This is definitely a good deal for daily use. Much better than intel NUC which is highly overpriced and downgraded onboard video card in its 10-th generation.

Ignore those people who use gaming ability to judge a mini pc.

It's a good deal. If you are a gamer, you should look at regular desktops or gaming laptops starting at twice the price.

Think about this: you will need to have a LCD, Keyboard, mouse in order to use, but you can't carry them around conveniently. Adding these would be about $120~150. For $549, you can buy a laptop with the same CPU, RAM, SSD configuration, and you can carry around and use it anywhere!
So not worth it.

Nobody's carrying it around, boy. It's either sitting on desktop as a daily use machine, or laying down in TV cabinet as a media server. Apparently this is not your use case. //@Anonymous: Think about this: you will need to have a LCD, Keyboard, mouse in order to use, but you can't carry them around conveniently. Then why brought it small if you say it like that??
Use the same money get a normal size computer, you would have more stable computer without and over heat issue and Last longer cost less...

The only small computer don’t have over heat issue is apple mini Mac (or those shitty low-end processor)

All I can say is you make thing small then it won’t last.....
Normally, Desktop would always out last laptop but you make this desktop so small so it would also not going to last long....... //@anonymous: Nobody's carrying it around, boy. Wireless keyboard and mouse are included in the package. All you need is a LCD around $100. I just got it and I like it, really small and so far no overheat. //@Anonymous: Think about this: you will need to have a LCD, Keyboard, mouse in order to use, but you can't carry them around conveniently. but if you plan to go to a place that has everything else, then this is much better than laptop, and it's much more rugged than laptop. //@Anonymous: Wireless keyboard and mouse are included in the package. You can't stack warranty like that using two different credit cards - it'd be either 1+1 years, or 1+2 years. //@Anonymous: 1 year more from costco, 2 years more from Citi Costco credit card, making it a total 4 years warranty. //@Anonymous: what do you mean better warranty? //@Anonymous: Cancel, costco has better warranty too. //@Anonymous: Damn, i just ordered one with 16GB from BH photo for full price, what can I do?

Bought the new macbook air and returned it, it gets hot pretty easily and the fan runs at full speed almost all the time even when browsing regular websites. The thermal layout is bad. I would spend little more and get the pro. //@Anonymous: There are youtube videos saying the Macbook Air gets hot easily. Can any owner please comment?
