I know how to upgrade and also know different ways of upgrade the system. iPAD just stuck with upgrade forever. DO NOT buy from Fry's! Bad experience! I bought a iPad Pro and they sent me a iPod. Customer service told me they double checked everything before packing. I was told the delivery store manager would call me back but it never happened!
