My experience is different. Both require you understand the tax jargons. With H&R Block, the terms are explained easier to understand.

I bought 2 and got 2. I just got off phone with customer service rep for digital(option 1). And she was helpful stating they are aware and will have promotions team send me the extra codes. Will have to wait and see.
