Tried it the first time - Really bad experience! I would never again use this service from amazon. There is no way for them to quality control and vet their service providers. Note that it is unlike products where they take returns easily - Here you have to go through their happy guarantee (or something similar) claims which is a process in itself. Even then we didnt get any refund and ended up hiring someone else for additional amount. Being a new parent and moving is challenging in itself and this experience unfortunately was a big mistake to try during the time. Hope others have some positive experience but we would never recommend based on our experience.

The service from Amazon could become a nightmare from my personal experience. It is hard to pick the service time initially, then once it is set up, you will be harassed by those individuals you choose to change the time or be forced to cancel the appointment. They are cheap for a reason.
