You need to provide detailed evidence and it takes a while. In the end, you are the mercy of the amazon staff. If you don’t get a refund, all you do is post a comment here hoping that someone would trust and not make the same mistake.

Agree. No show twice, and still was charged the second time. Had to call for hours to get refund. Worst service.
