Is it easy to replace the thermostat
Anonymous
Yes, most of them have standard, color coded wiring.
Anonymous
It fairly simple. You should pay attention to existing wiring and connections. Label the wires with terminal names when removing them from existing thermostat. When installing the new one - read the installation instructions - and ensure you connect the wires to correct terminals. //@anonymous: Is it easy to replace the thermostat

Very good deal.

just make sure you have a common c wire to power this thermostat because it's not powered by battery.

Very good deal, much cheaper then the Nest and you get pretty much the exact same features.

There is a wiring instruction if no C wire. Also it's fairly easy to add the C. Just need hook up the other end of the blue wire in the furnace panel to the 24V.

Wire instructions are nothing. You still need a C wire adaptor if you don't have a 24v connection on the control panel. It's not easy if you don't have a C wire on your old thermostat wires. //@anonymous: There is a wiring instruction if no C wire. Also it's fairly easy to add the C. My old one has no C wire but RC wire, does it work?
Anonymous
From the web: RC and RH. If the air conditioning thermostat has one transformer to power both the heating and cooling system, then the wire from the transformer goes directly to the RC terminal and is called the RC wire. ... This wire is also known as the RH wire

From the web: The C wire, or “common wire” enables the continuous flow of 24 VAC power to the thermostat. ... If your system doesn't have a C-wire, you'll need to run a new cable from your furnace to your thermostat to install most of the modern smart thermostat models.

The fan wire can be used to get the power.Fan will only run when the ac is on. Yow wont be able to run just the fan. You need to short a cable at the furnace. easy to do. google it for video showing how to do it.
