From reading the many customer complaints about Lenovo laptops using the Optane system, that Optane system is the closest thing to a guarantee the computer will crash you can get. Their customer service, from my personal experience, is awful; they send you on a wild goose chase.

I'd buy a Lenovo laptop *without* Optane if the price was right. Computer companies have off-shored their customer service to retards located in countries where people are happy to work for 20 cents a day. A laptop brand that offers U.S.-based customer support at no extra charge would get my business in a heartbeat.
