they confirmed the order, rescheduled the delivery and then canceled your order by saying "i'm sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused".
they don't think they trouble you at all so their apology is not made. actually, they broke the contract and it is illegal after the order is confirmed. //@Anonymous: DELL doesn't have the most basic respect for their customers. You need to activate the offer before you can get more than 1%. They usually post those offer on the main page on ebay.
