I never got 4G. All they provided was text/call even though I paid for internet. Contacted customer service and it was never resolved. Cancelled after the first month. Do not reccomend

Yes, their peak data rate is slower than regular Verizon subscriber, and the customer service is slow (They did help me resolve activation issues early on.) But it worked for me and saved me a significant amount.
