M$FT destroyed the Surface brand with poor build quality and cheap parts. My Surface Pro lasted for 15 months and the HDD died. And it's not replaceable. How ridiculous that was. A $400 laptop lasts longer than that. M$FT you fooled me once, ain't happen again!

Amazon Fire purchase is definitely my all time ever fail, bought it for kid last Xmas. Read the reviews. It fails after about 90 days, just as the warranty expires. Either the battery stops working or it just blacks out. For us, it blacked out. Once I got it back, it factory reset, kid lost everything. Amazon offered 20% off a new Fire!!!
