Still way too expensive for a Lenovo. You can get better models from more reputable brands at this price point. //@anonymous: hot

With this one you get the worst of both worlds, monitoring by corporate America and spying by the Ch¡nese g0v€rnment. //@anonymous: Corporate America needs more lambs //@Anonymous: Actually, you pretty much know that they DO monitor you. And I agree -- why would anyone pay to have a corporation monitor your every noise? //@anonymous: Not sure why people get this kind of device from google or amazon. you don't know if they monitor you from your home and you pay the money.

google speaker is $25, you already have a phone or tablet to control, why this?
Anonymous
This thing does make sense. It has a very good speaker for music and videos. It responds to your voice and directly shows the video. There is no need to pickup your phone.
You can use tablet and a charging stand for the same purpose. But the combination won't have such a good speaker. //@anonymous: google speaker is $25, you already have a phone or tablet to control, why this?

Maybe you can run Raspbian on it. But it is a Lenovo, which is not a trustworthy company, so you're better off getting a Raspberry Pi anyway. //@anonymous: Sounds like ARM processor. Can it run Linux?
