Refabs in general tend to be older (>3 yr) models. One thing to know is that these are not refurbished by Dell but by FedEx (yes FedEX). As for this model, I won't recommend it since specs are so low it would be pretty much useless for anything more than checking email. I bought a 7000 series latitude with i7 CPU, 16 Gb RAM, 500 GB SSD and 4K HD touch screen from similar offering for $600. That was a much better deal than this. //@Anonymous: Prices are good. Never purchased refurbished items from Dell. Is this a good deal?

Newer models/machines refurbished by Dell are sold by Dell Outlet.
Quality wise, they are very good; depending on your use, you can chose to buy one.
However, latitude is low rank and not good after 3 years use.

The green sticker on the back says "refurbished by FedEx supplychain" so how can it be refurbished by Dell? I bought directly from Dell and that's what the sticker says.
As for latitude model, they are not "low rank" but business machines. Any computer older than 3 years is not as good as newer models. Its the "value" you should be looking at and just the price. //@Anonymous: They are refurbished by Dell and shipped by FedEx.
