Same here. Online chatted with a customer representative. was advised to cancel then reorder. A possible reason is that the student deals needs some time to be activated after the enrollment. //@Anonymous: Just got an email saying I already used that discount, and asking me to purchase it without the discount. Just called the customer service number and they rejected the price match. I tried to explain to her and asked to speak to the manager but she just hang up the phone on me. Worst experience ever!
