Excellent laptop. But this is the one with webcam on the bottom of the screen, the next gen 9380 moves it up on top again, much better design.

customer rating on Bestbuy is only 2.7 out of 5, customers reported this model has a lot of technical issues. Please read before you buy. It seems this is the reason of big discount.

Dell XPS lines had a lot of issues though they are bcoming better. If you have such many money to waste, try similar configuration Latitude series, they are much more error-prove and reliable

Great machine! bought a 1TB PCIe M.2 SSD for $80 and convert the existing hard drive for extra storage. Handles all my video/photo editing easily.
