You are wrong. It does not have to be that much expensive. If you are looking just for the Hammer Drill, this is a GOOD buy and this is a FANTASTIC drill. You can always buy a single or double 2 Ampere battery (which is GOOD enough for MOST of the everyday activities) on eBay for like 30-50 dollars. //@Anonymous: Adding battery and charger, the whole cost would be more than $200
