I got one last year. It works but the quality is pretty bad and has a lot of eye strain. I stopped using it and prefer a regular external monitor.

It is with an older 12th gen CPU. The CPU has 12 cores/16 threads and its overall performance is still very good though The integrated Intel Iris Xe video card is kind of weak. Generally speaking, this laptop is good for folks who want to a 16" portable lightweight laptop with good computing performance.

Used it for a while already and there is no thermal throttle issue like the 14” version. Fast, quiet and smooth like a butter. //@anonymous: The reviews ain't even out yet, as the release date is next Tues, r u tripping... //@Anonymous: Review shows it gets overhead quickly and throttling like crazy. Never buy the first generation.

Ignore that Apple hater. They can't even keep their story straight when they whine about Apple stuff that they can't afford. //@Anonymous: The reviews ain't even out yet, as the release date is next Tues, r u tripping... //@Anonymous: Review shows it gets overhead quickly and throttling like crazy. Apple does not update OS 7 years after the release date. This has only three more years and then you cannot update the OS
