Is 20in treadmill wide enough to run for average size male?

I thought about getting a treadmill at the beginning of the pandemic, but elected on running outside. I considered that a treadmill is better on the joints longterm, but don't want to deal with maintaining the belts, and having to deal with warranty if something happened. It'd probably be a good idea to purchase with the Costco Visa for the 2 years extended warranty.
Running outside has it's downside, like potential injuries with uneven surfaces, harder surfaces leading to joint deterioration, UV, rain, temperature differences, etc. It's a good break from working indoors though.

Crappy treadmill, narrow, short and no cushion. You will hate it if you are used to commercial treadmill at the gym.

Don't buy appliances or larger items from them! Worst experience ever, all my friends and I. Two months later and never received our items because they were in the "warehouse" and a headache and hours on the phone for a refund. Still never received a desk chair I ordered three months ago!
