Compared with the store price ($3.75 or some such) for the 16-oz bags. Now that the 20% off coupon seems to be gone, the deal has sunk in the sea.

Target is offering a $30 GC for a $100 purchase. Amazon is simply offering a $30 discount.

They have free same day pickup and also free delivery //@anonymous: Target does not have a free delivery option for this deal.

Target's same day delivery is a paid option using shipt. Order pickup is not convenient for everyone, especially when you have to pickup 2-3 boxes of diapers.
Regular free delivery is not eligible with this promotion. //@deal_hunter: They have free same day pickup and also free delivery //@anonymous: Target does not have a free delivery option for this deal.

Not seeing any coupon, the 13.59 listed is already "30% off the regular price of 16.99". YMMV?
