Don't use this on the phone, it could damage your screen in long term. If you want to sanitize your phone, just wipe it with 70% alcohol.

Don't worry about potential uv damage to your phone. I bought one. Checked if there is uv by putting money under the "uv" light. I can't see any fluorescent stripes that should exist.
So, it won't damage your phone. Also, it won't kill any bacteria or virus.
