Just buy it now at this price then return if it's cheaper during black friday. You cannot install Youtube App until you have Google Play. You have to download Google Play from a third party website risking virus.

Yes, you can use it to watch youtube, amazon prime, netflix, and the whole 9 yards. Very Good audio and picture quality. For less than 100$, this beats an expensive ipad for sure. //@Anonymous: Can I use it for watching youtube?
