Please look at reviews on Amazon. Some reviews compared it with Bose QC35 or Sony 1000XM3.
Noise Cancellation: (Surface Headphones == Sony 1000XM3) > Bose QC35II.
Comfort: Surface > Bose > Sony (but not for bigger size ear)
Sound Quality: Sony > Bose > Surface
Battery Life: Sony = Bose > Surface
