you need to use membership points at least 768 or something like that. won't work for cards that don't have points like delta.

My Bluecash Everyday got this offer. Platinum one got $5 off $50 when using ApplePay. Both cards can do this up to 3 times for a maximum $15 back each.

It's November now, for three statement-credits, it would require the billing cycle ending on the last day of each month and make a qualified purchase on Jan 1st before the offer ends. So most likely, it will be a two-month statement credits.
