12 months old. After Sierra upgrade, will not connect to the internet. Crashes daily, sometimes more than once in a two hour session. 4 months open ticket to correct these items, and no engineer at Apple can fix it. This combined with the fact that Apple is dumping refurbished machines just like this on eBay indicates they know this is a engineering disaster.
