they confirmed the order, rescheduled the delivery and then canceled your order by saying "i'm sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused".
they don't think they trouble you at all so their apology is not made. actually, they broke the contract and it is illegal after the order is confirmed. //@Anonymous: DELL doesn't have the most basic respect for their customers. For some reason Dell laptops from walmart are a cheaper quality. I purchased 4k touchscreen and had several issues over two separate laptops. Great specs, but poor quality build.
