The console only was selling for 299.99 MSRP for the last 6 months. I think the deal here is that you get the game as well for the same 299.99 price. Games usually retail for 50-60 for Nintendo.

That's not true. You get $37.50 back whether the Kohl's cash was redeemed or not and it does have expiration date.
