Not hating, but it's a mainly unathletic leisurely sport like badminton. Of course there's competitive pickleball, but most I've seen on the court are slow moving fatties; good for them though on taking steps to exercise. //@Anonymous: Pickleball is America's newest beloved sport.

unathletic leisurely sport like badminton? It is likely that you are not playing competitive badminton. Otherwise, badminton won't be included on the Olympics program. //@Anonymous: Not hating, but it's a mainly unathletic leisurely sport like badminton. Badminton is unathletic if you don’t know how to play, the same as the other sports //@anonymous: Not hating, but it's a mainly unathletic leisurely sport like badminton. People will say that badminton is a real sport, but that's like saying paper airplane throwing is a real sport if you just try hard enough. You can make anything tough, but badminton and pickleball are are their core just leisure activities that mostly retired people play. Nothing wrong with that. //@Anonymous: Not hating, but it's a mainly unathletic leisurely sport like badminton. Badminton is extremely athletic and competitive.. if you know how to play it that is. //@Anonymous: People will say that badminton is a real sport, but that's like saying paper airplane throwing is a real sport if you just try hard enough. Pickleball, badminton and even cup stacking can all be vigorous athletic activities if you just use your imagination enough.

Apparently you know nothing about Badminton. Of course, if you just shoot basketball in your backyard, you could say basketball is unathletic sports too. //@Anonymous: Funny because it's true. //@Anonymous: "...unathletic leisurely sport like badminton." -- This is the funniest comment I have seen today. //@anonymous: Not hating, but it's a mainly unathletic leisurely sport like badminton. Yep, this one is corded. Depends on which cordless model people are complaining about. I have the v11 and battery is still strong. The battery lasts one hour. I recharge once every two weeks. I use the vacuum daily. Takes me about 5-10 minutes to vacuum downstairs. //@anonymous: Many reviews say the battery on Dyson cordless vacuums die in about two years, too expensive then

even for cordless ones, you can purchase a new battery for 30 bucks at amazon and it might has a longer battery life.

If you are coming here, you’re looking for an economical product and that doesn’t go with Dyson when it breaks and it does.

I'm looming for good deals, even on good products. I've had 2 Dysons, one is over 10 years old (I keep one upstairs, one downstairs). I like them, they are easy to manover, small enough and are still powerful.
My only complaint is that the attachments for stairs and car cleaning etc have a long stiff plastic tube making it hard to manover, so you will need a hand held too.
I won't order this one bc I have 2 already, but I like dyson //@anonymous: If you are coming here, you’re looking for an economical product and that doesn’t go with Dyson when it breaks and it does.

I don't know anyone who comes here to look for economical products. On the contrary. As far as Dyson Ball, we've had one for 7 years, no problems.

You are lucky to using this garbage since last 7 years mine belt motor was broke with in 2 years and plastics parts as well. I believe you are vacuuming once a while. //@Anonymous: I don't know anyone who comes here to look for economical products. On the contrary. The "long stiff plastic tube" can be easily removed leaving the flex hose. You just need to press the button on the end of the hose then pull the tube straight out. //@Anonymous: I'm looming for good deals, even on good products. I must have gotten lucky. My Dyson upright has lasted more than 10 years. I also have a Dyson cordless stick and I had to replace the battery once, but otherwise it still works great; also for around 10 years. //@Anonymous: Dyson sucks. Mine died within 4 years..

Same. My Dyson is older than my daughter who is in college now, and still working with no issues. But the newer cordless one is not so strong, battery can be frustrating. //@Anonymous: Mine is 15 years old and still working well. //@anonymous: I must have gotten lucky.
