I have the same chair, too and I am sitting on it typing this comment. It has been fine for more than two years, very comfortable. I really like the head support when I lean back. My wife has the same chair that was bought at the same time, but the up and down control does not work on her chair anymore. //@Anonymous: I have the same chair.
