All Insignia chargers I own have TÜV Rheinland approval stamped on the device. I don't own this particular model but I have a 112-watt from the same manufacturer and it is well-made. //@Anonymous: UL Listed: No

With UL or ETL listed numbers, you can track down the actual manufacturers for reputation and reliability. With TUV you cannot. //@Anonymous: All Insignia chargers I own have TÜV Rheinland approval stamped on the device. My chimney starter is pretty beat up, so I am due for a new one.
But please review your price calculation. 20% from 18 is 3.60, so price is $14.40 actually. So it's close to the normal price of ~ 15. //@Anonymous: Hot deal
