I bought two dell inspiron in the past three years. Both have broken hinge after one year of use. Google dell hinge problem on line before you buy. I am done with dell for now.

They are made of cheap plastic parts. The plastic hinge detached from the screen right after their warranty expires. Invest more for a durable one.
