Prices are much higher than in stores

Most of the items are priced almost way more than the discount, also some items are doubled the price when it is on sale in Costco in store.

Yeah, the online price is mostly higher than in store's, but after 25% discount, at least all the items I bought are still cheaper thru Google.

Yes i believe online prices are 25% more than in store //@Lake75: Yeah, the online price is mostly higher than in store's, but after 25% discount, at least all the items I bought are still cheaper thru Google.

Compare to Alexa, Google Home is definitely much better in terms of search and response quality. If you don’t use this kinda device at all, it’s another story. //@anonymous: Google usually stores everything indefinitely. So, expecting to see google stores all conversations in home PERMANENTLY.

Not only Google, but also Amazon, Apple, ..... all the companies do that as well. did anybody use costco for pre-order with this offer?
Anonymous
If the rebate comes from Samsung for the trade-in, pass on the deal. I've been screwed over by Samsung in the past on their "trade-in" offers. Sent in a perfect Note 5, said it was worth $300, they only gave me a $25 credit because the phone had too much wear and tear. I am not kidding when I say it did not have a scratch on it. Screw these trade in offers.

Is this thing really worth $190? I mean - it's a thermostat. Are we too lazy to set a schedule nowadays? Oh yeah, I can sit on my couch and say Alexa, it's a bit warm in here, turn my thermostat down 2 degrees. I'm in - NOT.

That's because you didn't hook up the "C" wire. Most WiFi thermostats on the market rely on the "C" wire to provide power to it. Nest is good enough to build an internal battery that can serve as a backup, but it's not designed to be used as the primary source of power. //@Anonymous: Be careful about Nest .It depends on its internal battery to work.
