I went directly to the Target store in Towson, MD. They had two Apple watches in stock (even though Target.com said that they were out of stock). Today at 9:30ish, one red 45 mm, M/L, Apple watch was still available. Good luck & happy holidays!

read a few conflicting post on reddit about using it without subscription.
For folks who want to use it without subscription. I would suggest to use it without activating the free trial to avoid missed the return window should u want to return.
