Anyone know if you’re able to apply for PayPal credit and combine these $25 with the $40 from the credit promo?

I got this offer in my Paypal wallet, and I clicked 'use offer' to connect to Best Buy's website. However, when I added stuff to cart and ready for check out, I don't see the option of apply this $25 to balance. Noticed this is up to 40,000 redemption, does it mean the limit has been reached? Anybody else has the same issue?

I had the same experience. Saw $25 off deal on my PayPal, then it redirected back to bestbuy with nothing off. What a scam and waste of time

19.8 mph is oddly specific. Is there a regulation that kicks in at 19.9 or something?
