Is it a good idea to plant an apple tree in fall? Shouldn't it be planted in spring?

Would it be still good time to over seed in the next one or two weeks in northeastern (Massachusetts)?

Ive done it in the spring with good results, not sure about how well the seed would hold up as the weather gets colder //@anonymous: Would it be still good time to over seed in the next one or two weeks in northeastern (Massachusetts)?

Use all weather (safe) seed. You are good all time. //@Anonymous: Would it be still good time to over seed in the next one or two weeks in northeastern (Massachusetts)?

In general, fall and spring are planting seasons. So yes. //@Anonymous: Is it a good idea to plant an apple tree in fall? Shouldn't it be planted in spring?

In texas yes. But might be too late in the north. Check your local garden calendar. //@Anonymous: Would it be still good time to over seed in the next one or two weeks in northeastern (Massachusetts)?

I bought a plumcot from HD 2-1/2 yrs ago. It supposes to be a semi-dwaft tree but now it's about 20 ft tall. Last year we got some fruits. They were indeed "semi-dwaft". They were a little bit bigger than a quater. So, please be careful ladies and gentlemen.

I finished my entire 1200 sf basement with a ryobi “brushed” drill/driver. Dude, if you are a regular DIYer, you do not need a luxurious brushless tool for most home projects. //@anonymous: Yes it will run hot with brushed motor and a tiny 1.5Ah battery //@Anonymous: hot

Hubby’s a contractor and Ryobi is his go to now. He’s tried many other company’s and Ryobi has been the best.
