thanks Dealsea for the info. of this awesome monitor. It is really good for the office since it is IPS, much more adjustment of the stand and portrait mode. I paid $250 a couple of months ago and am very happy about it. Just ordered two more for the office.

Why do they still list expired deals, I see someone's comment from a month ago that "code is not working", its still not working as of 09/15/2020. ^$^

This is a TN panel, which means a low response time but poor viewing angles.
HP's website says 170 horizontal and 160 vertical.

sweet spot for 1080p is 24inch, 1440p is 27inch and UHD/4K is 32inch. You can go smaller but bigger will get you the grainy pixel look.
