Yes, my plan is 200mb, and test gives ~230mb using 5GHz. There is no difference between Wi-Fi and Ethernet. On the opposite side, it gives ~180mb using 5GHz.

It's a good router. You get higher speed if you use this vs cheaper wifi 6 routers with single core processor and lower frequency. Price is decent.
