4GB is barely enough to boot, definitely not enough to have a smooth zoom call, run a youtube video in 1080p or 3-4 browser tabs open. can't imagine anyone buying that config today. //@Anonymous: 4GB/128GB is perfectly suitable for browsing and Office. What most of use laptops for.
