isn't asus zenbook UX430UN deal way better? (https://dealsea.com/view-deal/1047284)

UX430UN is i7-8550u (4 cores, 8th gen), UX390UA is i7-7500u (2 cores, 7th gen). UX430UN also has a bigger screen. the price is actually cheaper.
