You might want to check with Cricket - but they will require you to actually use the phone for the duration. I bought it, but it was too small, so I just used a different phone. After 6mo, they wouldn't unlock it because I had not used it on their network for the time period.

if you not into drawing, dont get it. apple pencil is the only one can do TILT shading just like regular pencil. and the latency is extremely low, which mean no lagging when you brush your strokes. other pens like wacoms, or surface pen wont work as good as apple pencil. cant do like apple pencil does. Try it yourself. //@Anonymous: its not worth $100+, if all you have to do is note taking or just casual drawing.

I did bought a $20 non-apple pencil from amazon. It works just very similar except you don't need to pair to ipad. I have two apple pencils, I don't see much difference with drawing. //@Anonymous: if you not into drawing, dont get it. apple pencil is the only one can do TILT shading just like regular pencil. and the latency is extremely low, which mean no lagging when you brush your strokes. other pens like wacoms, or surface pen wont work as good as apple pencil. cant do like apple pencil does.
