TX is costly . But H&R Block software is too easy and cheap. i did last year and its worth. only problem is u need to pay extra $10 if u want to efile state tax. //@Anonymous: How does HRB compare with TT?

Both H&R and TT will ask for a fee if you want to "efile" state income tax return. The reason is that they will have to print a hard copy of your state income tax and mail it in for you. You can do the same for free.

In a combination sale, 2023 TaxCut Deluxe+State plus a Lowes' $20 gift card were for $38 at NewEgg at beginning of the year, which made the TaxCut package priced at $18.
