In moderation, including instant noodles in your diet likely won't come with any negative health effects. However, they are low in nutrients, so don't use them as a staple in your diet. What's more, frequent consumption is linked to poor diet quality and an increased risk of metabolic syndrome. -- Google

Neoguri is one of my favorite noodles. Noodles are not good for health. So, whenever cooking it, I add shrimp, seaweed, and carrots. //@anonymous: In moderation, including instant noodles in your diet likely won't come with any negative health effects. “low in nutrients” - for this reason people say that you can eat a lot and always feel full yet still be starving yourself. It is important to eat fresh, unprocessed foods. One compromise is to mix fresh veggies in with your ramen noodles. Still high in sodium but better than the noodles alone. //@anonymous: In moderation, including instant noodles in your diet likely won't come with any negative health effects. Donuts are bad, but they can be improved by cutting them in half and making a donut vegetable sandwich. //@Anonymous: Donuts are 100 times worse //@Anonymous: In moderation, including instant noodles in your diet likely won't come with any negative health effects.
