Don't trust their mail in rebate, never received

Dell's rebate is pain in the ass. Last year I bought a laptop from Dell but never received the rebate ($200). After 10 weeks wait time, I had to contact them for another 2 months and threaten to BBB to get the rebate back...

Worked fine for my first time with cell phone. Tello is cheaper, but I hear it takes a while to start up plan if you keep your old number. //@Anonymous: I've read a little bit online about Mint mobile, Anyone got any pros and cons about this company from previous experience.

They use T-Mobile net work.
My son use it for one-year now. So far so good.
The rest of my family will switch to it soon.

This offer is misleading. $300 gets you one year of service but you will pay taxes and fees on top of the $300. This is precisely the confusion that T-Mobile fixed with their "all in" pricing. //@Anonymous: Existing Prepaid customers eligible?

Agreed.. Not just that.. I have ran today between the store and online chat as well as customer service #..one redirects me to other and eventually I gave up after 2 loops..it may work for new subscribers..iam an existing customer that wanted to port into this...wasted an hour of my time.. //@anonymous: This offer is misleading. $300 gets you one year of service but you will pay taxes and fees on top of the $300. I just converted my long-standing postpaid account to a prepaid account availing the $300/year offer. After all taxes and fees, the total came to $307.35. Still a pretty good deal for 8GB data/month, tethering and unlimited talk/text. The rep confirmed that there won't be any additional monthly charges. The only problem is that there is no international roaming option with prepaid (so International Day Pass won't work). //@Anonymous: This offer is misleading. $300 gets you one year of service but you will pay taxes and fees on top of the $300. I did the conversion over the phone. They have an established process for converting a postpaid account to a prepaid account. Be careful to not call from the phone that you are converting because the call drops as soon as they switch the account from postpaid to prepaid. If calling from the same phone, ask the rep to call you back on a different phone before converting. //@anonymous: Thanks for the info. Was it done in store or online chat or over the phone? So at the end of the day with auto total pay for a year in advance and I'm assuming you have buy the SIM card am I correct in saying it's 8 gigabytes a month with unlimited phone calls and texting for $300 a year.
Are taxes on top of that as well. Thank you in advance whoever replies to this.
